It’s right at Haneda airport in terminal 3. All we did was wake up, check out and walk to the ANA counter to drop off our luggage and get to our boarding gate to our flight to the Philippines.
Room was very small. Felt we were compacted.

For a good night's rest in between long haul international flights, this hotel could not have been better: conveniently located inside Terminal 3, clean, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced, with lots of options for food within the airport, including a 24-hour convenience store.

Check in process was easy and fast, the location is fantastic being connected directly with Terminal 3 checkin counters. Very quiet room, no airport noise or traffic at all. Very clean and tidy.
Room was a little small for 4 people but it was fine for a short stay.

Connecting to the terminal 3
Room type are different. I stayed 2times and reserved same type of room, but totally different. 7th floor room was nice but not 2nd floor. Idk why do we have to pay the same price!
The restaurant was good and the service excellent.The location in terminal 3 was great, no shuttle bus to the terminal.
The shower stuck in very hot, and I nearly burned myself.I did not get a receipt for my stay which created a problem for my expenses.
Our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Perfect location, easy to locate and easy to access the bus shuttles to the other terminals. Thee is a restaurant just outside the entry to the hotel and it was a good spot for a quick dinner prior to going onto Hokkaido and also our last night stay prior to departure to Sydney. Good size rooms, fabulous air conditioning considering that Tokyo was very very hot. Highly recommend and we will be returning.
